Vertex expands its footprint in Owner’s Rep Services. What started as Wayne Smith providing owner’s rep and management services for Data Center builds and expansions has quickly evolved into a team of owner’s reps across the US.
2007
Vertex begins providing professional services to National Carriers for network/cell site projects. Leveraging his expertise, Wayne Smith gains a new vertical that launches Vertex into the fast paced world of cell site prep, builds and upgrades.

Vertex is listed on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies list for 2016, 2017, and 2018
2016
Vertex is awarded “Most Innovative Telecom Infrastructure Provider” in 2016 by TMT News.
2016
Erica Smith launches Vertex Service Week. Vertex Innovations team members across the U.S. will spend a day volunteering at their local food banks, sorting, packing and stacking food donations. In addition to the physical act of service, Vertex believes that raising awareness about the issue of hunger in America is another critical element to giving back.
2016
Vertex supports the US Bank Stadium DAS Project for the Super Bowl. The successful completion of this project solidifies Vertex as a key player in stadium neutral host DAS systems and creates an expanding vertical for our team.
2017
Vertex is awarded “Best Telecom Infrastructure Provider”
2018
Vertex gains market territory in the South. Winning contracts in professional services in the Carolinas proved to be a large expansion of our services for fiber delivery.
2019
Vertex expands further, completing over 4000 cell site projects nationally. We’ve committed to providing a wide array of services included in our capabilities. When reflecting on 2019, the massive success of our initiatives was inspiring for future endeavors.
