Location: Schaumburg, Illinois

Job Description:

• Development and implementation of cellular network procedures for Ethernet backhauls.
• Manages plans, directs, and controls the activities of network facilities.
• Preparation and tracking of activity, progress, and site level progress reporting.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Identify risks and issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
• Develop problem solving strategies and facilitate conflict resolution with all team members.
• Serve as Technical Team Leader and Consultant for product development projects that involve multiple disciplines.
• Manage technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Ability to translate proposals and contracts on the project, including understanding of fees and determining scope of work.
• Facilitate collaboration between vendors and regional engineering.
• Limited travel to collect regional information.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE:
• Project Management experience of Ethernet backhaul deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 6+ years of traditional fiber based and microwave EBH facilities experience.
• EBH Testing and Completion.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art network technology, equipment and systems.
