How did Vertex get started?
Answer Vertex Innovations Inc. started as WRS Specialty Contractors in December 2003 as an OSP & ISP Fiber Optic Installation Company. The name changed to Vertex Innovations, Inc to allow the company to pursue consulting opportunities instead of just contracting projects as the name implied.

What is contract to hire
Some of our customers like to see how an employee fits into their company culture prior to hiring as a full time employee. In these positions you become a employee of Vertex Innovations and work 1-3 years at your job description with the customer having the option to bring you on as an employee when the headcount is available or you have proven that you are a great fit with them.

What type of employee benefits do you have?
Vertex Innovations, Inc. offers Health, Dental & Life Insurance after a 90 day probation period with VI paying 50% of employee costs. We offer 9 Paid Holidays as well as PTO/Sick Time accrual.

What type of positions do you hire?
Vertex Innovations hire both W2 Employee’s as well as 1099 Independent Contractors.
